SHINE: SMILE (2024)
Out of Zion’s 8th Shine Production with the Children’s Cancer Center, “SMILE” explored the power of music and creativity to bring joy. The program culminated in a fantastic performance that showcased the talents and teamwork of our amazing campers.
SHINE: SURF’S UP (2023)
Out of Zion’s 2023 Summer Camp was a one-week intensive creative arts camp culminating in a stage show and event. This summer’s theme, Surf’s Up, helped us to explore the sun, sand and ride the waves to discover music and arts! Family and friends gathered to cheer on these incredible kids. They worked so hard learning their parts in the show: drama, dance, drums and choir. The kids truly shined on stage!
SHINE: TIME TRAVEL THEATRE (2023)
“Time Travel Theatre” helped us infuse timeless words and truths, like Transformation, Discovery, Respect, Honor, and Groundbreaking. 5 weeks of creative arts classes culminated in a final SHINE production, where 31 incredible kids performed for their family and friends. Out of Zion’s 2022 Summer Camp was a one-week intensive creative arts camp culminating in a stage.

K.I.T.E.S (Kids Imagining the Extraordinary) marks Out of Zion’s 6th Shine Production with the Children’s Cancer Center! This year’s theme helped us explore Connection, Innovating, Soaring, Purpose and Freedom. Five weeks of creative arts classes culminated in a final SHINE production and community event.

Celebrating Out of Zion’s 10th Shine Production! The 2021 Summer Program culminated in the stage show and event. All summer, the children learned in their discovery classes of dance, drama, drums, choir and art.

We celebrate our son’s birthday [June 27th] by sharing this video and song with you all. The song, “Higher Praise” is fitting of Zion’s name and life. We only discovered this song after he passed, and it continues to inspire us to Live Well. To live our lives in a way that brings glory and honor to the One who holds our boy.
I say it often of Out of Zion- the program that honors his life, “I can trust God with Out of Zion.” I say it now for myself and anyone reading, “We can trust God with our lives.”
