Out of Zion is partnering with Bay Hope Church for their ๐…๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐…๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐š๐ฅ / ๐“๐ซ๐ฎ๐ง๐ค ๐จ๐ซ ๐“๐ซ๐ž๐š๐ญ, and we need YOUR help running our hosted trunk!

๐Ÿ™Œ ๐•๐จ๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ž๐ซ ๐‘๐จ๐ฅ๐ž: Weโ€™ll be hosting a trunk! Help set up activities and decorate our trunk before everyone arrives. Once the event starts, give instructions on Out of Zion’s activity and pass out treats to the kids.

Year-Round Volunteers
We have lots of ways for you to get involved all year round. Please let us know how you would like to serve in this SHORT FORM, or email oozion@yahoo.com with any questions or suggestions.

Positions include, but are not limited to:
  • Events Team – Helping to set up, run and tear down a discovery class or special event
  • Refresh Team – Creating unique opportunities to provide rest and refreshment for the parents and caregivers
  • Sidekick – Assisting one on one with a child with special needs during our events
  • Team Leader – Planning lessons and teaching a class in the creative arts
  • Donations Team – Procuring donations like food for Shine and parent giveaways.
  • Gifts & Appreciation Team – Assisting with everything from thank you notes to kids goodie bags.
  • Script & Theme Development – Connecting the dots from having a theme to putting on a show.ย  This includes everything from writing music to creating costumes and props.
  • Social Media Team – Planning posts and media events/announcements.
  • Research & Admin – Fun reports and paperwork – lots of computer work.
  • Other – Do you have a skill or passion in an area not listed?ย  We need you!

Every role is extremely valuable, and we could not do this without an incredible volunteer team.ย
